Learn how improving sales can also improve patient care by driving compliance and offering necessary companion items that may improve therapy or quality of life. In this session we will discuss how your technicians are part of your sales team, and how pairing outside sales representatives with your data entry team can improve sales.  We will share practical and easy to implement steps that are valuable even if you don't have outside sales reps.

Learning Objectives:
At the completion of this seminar the pharmacist or technician shall be able to:
1. List 3 activities a pharmacy technician can do that can lead to an increase in sales.
2. Create 3 template responses technicians can use to communicate with patients.
3. Determine the metrics that will be used to measure success for your team.
